Both positive and negative aspects of the changes to the Common Agricultural Policy are coming to light. However, the new changes also discuss such compatibilities as allowing member states to effectively control land management by using local circumstances and regional environmental understanding to tailor land management to each regional area. In this case, it seems that political change, while not covering every potential problem with the reforms, is certainly taking an active stance regarding agricultural development and the future of their food production.
