The sight of new color is incredible. There is a new energy, a new spirit in it that makes your heart jump every time you see it. If you had always used reds and yellows before and you drive into a blue flowered home site from your next grocery shopping trip, you will see how different it makes the place look, and how good you feel when you notice the change. Of course, if you change your flowers every year, then you already know this feeling well.
When it comes to the planet, we are used to the vast stretches of desert and the high winds and the infrequent and too violent thunderstorms. We are used to not growing new things, particularly food items, in our yards, nor taking care of the green growing things we already possess on our land. We are used to watching numerous shows about how the planet is going to the devil, and we believe that it is, without really remembering how it used to be in the first place.

We are constantly admonished to eat plenty of fresh meats, fruits and vegetables. Of course, we think this is just because of the basic nutritional value they have already. However, the reality is that they also pick minerals from the earth that we would not ordinarily have. This is especially true for meat, because unless you pick your vegetables directly from the earth, they will not contain that much soil and therefore they won’t contain that many minerals. However, cows and pigs and chickens pick up plenty of minerals from the soil when they feed on their grass and seeds. That is how minerals are so high in beef and how we get minerals in our daily diets without having to go out and buy them for ourselves in pill form.
If you have ever taken a course in nutrition, you will have learned that you need vitamins which come from fruits and vegetables, and you also need minerals. Now, some people eat meat, and they get their minerals from the meat, since the edible animal has eaten dirt with their grass and therefore ingested minerals.
Luxury items do something for the soul. Really, all forms of luxury living, from home to maid service to where we dine has to do with what is good for the soul. Luxury does not mean getting fat and pompous and stuffed on gluttony for the rest of your life. Experience teaches us many things. What will you do when you must perform a task with which you have zero or almost zero experience? Of course, you may ask other people what they do. You may research the subject online or in your local library. You may become very involved with how other people do this task, watching what they do and even practicing it yourself with their supervision.
Often, gardeners wish to deter deer, not encourage them. Deer can eat a gardener’s food and flowers, trample all over the earth, and can cause some damage to trees. To deter deer, businesses and homeowners often plant deer-resistant plants and trees, rather than trying to encourage the deer. Often, even though people like to watch deer or hunt them, they prefer to be able to eat their own homegrown food, rather than the deer eating them.
The recovery of trout reserves and fish breeding is taking precedence in Lake Sevan in Armenia. Politics, in the governmental sense, are basically major business transactions taking place on a national or a global basis. The idea of politics can be negative or positive, strong or weak, or comforting or scary. The idea that other people govern how our world is to be brought into the future can, indeed, feel very scary, but the truth is that many people really don’t always feel the long arm of the government, so to speak. And that is okay, but it must be pointed out that not everyone believes in the power of government to make their lives better.

Trees are crucial to many eco systems which may or may not overlap each other and many other eco systems which vary greatly in size. Trees do a LOT for environmental eco systems and sustainability within an urban environment. For example, the roots feed microbial systems beneath the ground, the trunk acts as second story for squirrels, birds, and various other small creatures, the branches spread pollen and gather it up, aided by bees and the wind, and the falling leaves, fruit, and flowers of the tree decay on the ground and help to feed the roots again. It is a complete life cycle in and of itself, with many different eco systems in between and overlapping upon themselves throughout.
Controversy is part of our world, but not everyone is exactly set up to receive and handle controversy. In the “green” world, there is a lot to be said for the power of controversy, just so that there are two opposing sides, and more people are likely to act upon their beliefs rather than doing nothing or sitting idly by while their quiet somewhat partial desires are overridden by someone else. Controversy stirs up passions, and this in turn makes it much easier for people to believe in what they are supporting and that there are other people who are wrong who oppose them.
