Envirosafe Solutions Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Envirosafe Solutions terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with our company. By requesting a quote or making payment for an invoice, the Customer agrees to these terms in their entirety.

1. Envirosafe Solutions Terms and Conditions: General

All sales are subject to our standard terms of trade. Any variations must be agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Envirosafe Solutions.

2. Payment Policy

Credit Account Customers: Payment is due strictly within the terms agreed upon in your credit application (e.g., 14 days from the date of invoice).

Prepaid Customers: For all customers without an active credit account, full payment is required prior to the dispatch of goods.

General: All prices are in AUD exclusive of GST. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue accounts. Payments can be made via EFT or Credit Card.

3. Retention of Title

Ownership of all goods supplied remains the sole property of Envirosafe Solutions until such time as the Customer has made full payment of all monies owing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our products are made fresh to order. Please allow 1–5 days for production in addition to standard delivery times. Once dispatched, please allow 1–10 days for courier delivery.

  • Lost in Transit: A sale may only be cancelled or refunded once the courier has officially declared the consignment as “Lost in Transit.”
  • Force Majeure: Events such as fire, labor disputes, or accidents are considered force majeure and release the Seller from delivery obligations.

5. Freight & Cost Adjustments

Due to the volatility in global oil markets, all freight charges provided in quotations are indicative only. The Seller reserves the right to invoice the Customer for any increase in freight costs arising after an order is confirmed.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Envirosafe Solutions is happy to replace any products if you are not satisfied, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at info@envirosafesolutions.com.au to initiate return requests for non-excluded items. Please review our full Returns Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Envirosafe Solutions is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the product is fit for their specific industrial purpose.

9. Governing Law
