Delivery Policy
Our industrial products are made fresh to order. Please allow 1–5 days for production in addition to standard delivery times. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1–10 days for Australian courier delivery, depending on your destination.
Envirosafe Solutions will email a dispatch notice for all orders. This email contains your delivery address, the courier company, and your consignment note number. Deliveries are made directly to the addressee. However, if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice informing you where to collect the parcel.
Important Delivery Policy Deadlines & Delays
Delivery Deadlines & Lost in Transit Claims
We indicate delivery deadlines as accurately as possible. Envirosafe Solutions is not responsible for delays once the order has left our warehouse. Therefore, no damages or compensation are due if a deadline is exceeded.
In the event that a product has not arrived within 14 days of the expected date, we will initiate a formal trace with the courier company. Specifically, a sale may only be cancelled or refunded once the courier has officially declared the consignment as “Lost in Transit.” This process ensures that goods are not already in the final stages of delivery before a credit is issued. Events such as fire, labor disputes, or accidents are considered force majeure and free the seller from delivery obligations.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Policy Adjustments
All shipping charges are calculated manually. Please provide your exact delivery address when you request a quote. If you wish to choose a different shipping method, please contact Envirosafe Solutions directly.
Due to the ongoing volatility in global oil markets, courier and supplier pricing can fluctuate. Consequently, all freight charges provided in our quotations are indicative only. While product pricing becomes fixed upon order confirmation or receipt of payment, freight charges remain subject to adjustment until the time of dispatch.
Where a lead time applies, the Seller reserves the right to invoice the Customer for any increase in freight costs arising after the order is confirmed. Conversely, we will refund or credit any decrease where applicable. Acceptance of the quote or payment of an invoice constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions, including this Freight and Cost Adjustment clause.
Checking Your Order Status
You can check the status of your order by emailing us at admin@evss.com.au. Most interstate couriers provide a tracking function on their website. You can check this using the consignment note number found in your dispatch email. Please note that local couriers often do not provide tracking numbers.
Tracking Your Order
All Australian orders are delivered by courier and identified with a unique Tracking Number. If you have not received your order within the timeframe specified in our dispatch email, please notify our team. We will then track the order for you and provide an update.
