Returns & Warranty Policy

To return a product, please follow these specific steps:

  • Provide Written Notice: Provide a written reason for the return via email or letter.
  • Include Invoice Details: Please state your original invoice number and the purchase date.
  • Ship to our Malaga Headquarters: Return the product to 9 Agett Rd, Malaga WA 6090. Specifically, it is important to label the package with your name and address. This helps us identify the return and process your refund quickly. Consequently, failure to label your goods correctly may delay the process.
  • State Refund Method: Provide your preferred refund method and any relevant account details.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers must prepay all shipping and handling charges when sending items back. However, Envirosafe Solutions™ will cover these costs if the product is faulty.
  • Replacement Items: We will cover the shipping and handling charges when sending replacement items to you. Please provide a clear delivery address for the new stock.
  • Contact Details: Please provide a telephone number so we may contact you if necessary.

Terms and Conditions

There are a few conditions to keep in mind regarding your refund:

  • Product Usage: If you have used more than 10% of the product, it may affect the refund amount.
  • Timeframe: Therefore, ensure the product is returned to us within 30 days of the sale date.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% may apply depending on the situation. We will decide this at the time of the return.
  • Reseller Exclusion: This warranty does not extend to reseller customers.
  • Health Products: *This warranty does not extend to sanitisers or any “health” related products.
